On Thanksgiving, it is obviously a good time to remember all that we have to be thankful for. There are many things that I know I take for granted everyday. In Holland we have a great schools, our living conditions are better than 99% of the world, we live in freedom from war and oppression, and we are some of the richest people in the world. Do you ever think about what some of the costs are for our rich lifestyles in America? What does your daily routine really cost?
